Trade Show Tables – How to Cover Them

There really isn’t anything exciting about trade show tables.   Let’s face it – you cannot have an exhibit at an expo without these tables.  This is where you will actually be showcasing your products; of course, you cannot expect to lay your product samples on the grass as everyone gawks at them and scratches their head – where, pray tell, is the table?  But having a table isn’t enough – it has to be covered before the products are set up for display.  Here are some ideas on how to choose a good cover for your trade show tables.

Before everything else, you should measure the table.  This will be what determines your budget when selecting covers.  If your table measures about five feet across, then you don’t have to worry about paying much – this may set you back about $100 or less.  This may be more if you’re dealing with longer tables, and this may end up slightly more expensive.  But most of the time, you’ll be paying less per foot when it comes to these longer covers.

However, you may not even have a rectangular table – you may need a table cover with a slightly peculiar design for your trade show tables.  This is where you’ll need to be conscious about the actual shape of the table.  To this end, you might want to scour the Internet for custom suppliers that can make a table cover that matches the shape of your table for the trade expo.

Finally, you should ensure that the covers for the trade show tables have your company insignia, at the very least.  Personalizing your table covers would cost you more, but it’s the least you can do to properly advertise your company at the event.
